In just 5 minutes, let’s look at how a single idea can phenomenally improve the state of the world.
Today, humanity is plagued by what often seems like an endless stream of ongoing problems — everything from war and conflict to extreme wealth inequality and poverty. There are endless political issues — both nationally and internationally. We are also facing an unprecedented environmental crisis with rising global temperatures affecting the natural habitat of every life-form on the planet.
Every day, the media waves reverberate with stories about political and economic threats, international trade disputes, migration and immigration challenges, environmental destruction, and many other transgressions and tragedies.
While it might seem like there is no way out of this self-inflicted spiral of self-sabotage, there is in fact a straightforward solution which will literally solve every major political, economic and humanitarian problem in the world today.
How can one idea achieve so much?
Ask yourself, what idea will…
- Create peace and prosperity in every country throughout the world.
- Provide the necessary global cooperation between countries to address climate change and meet the escalating challenges of a rapidly rising population.
- Create positive political relationships, both nationally and internationally between countries.
- Allow for the easy implementation of global ethical economic practices.
- Have a positive impact on human behaviour throughout the world.
- Fix poverty, human trafficking, immigration problems,…
Effectively, what idea will solve every major humanitarian problem in the world today?
What idea will also result in major scientific advancement and significant medical breakthroughs in the shortest possible time?
The answer…
“We implement a New Global Model and work together as a people.”
When you think about it, the idea ‘that we should work together as a people to create a better world for all’ is so obvious, that to any sane person, it seems beyond all rational comprehension that humanity has still not yet made this decision.
About 100 years ago…we were close to making this sensible decision.
We need to learn from the mistakes of the past
Historically, the ‘League of Nations’ and ‘United Nations’ were supposed to help achieve peace in the world. However, both failed — as neither implemented a GLOBAL Model.
Signing an Agreement will not achieve peace if the foundation on which it is built, is designed to do the exact opposite. How can you achieve true peace and cooperation in the world when each Nation State is competing AGAINST the others for its own political and economic self-interest?
That makes no rational sense.
On the other hand, a new GLOBAL Model will provide the foundation for countries to work together in true peace and cooperation based on a set of shared interests and goals that benefit them all. This approach removes the focus on ‘competition and self-interest’ and replaces it with ‘cooperation based on shared interest’.
Now that our global psychology is positively aligned towards supporting each other instead of competing AGAINST each other, we can make REAL PROGRESS as a people. We are free to improve the state of the world utilising the ideas which make the most intelligent sense.
As the United Nations almost meets the requirements for a GLOBAL Model, it would be possible to ‘upgrade’ it to achieve the required result. The new UN or ‘International Humanitarian Organisation of the People’ should be a politically independent organisation which represents the people of the world — not any individual government or nation state.

The next step in our social evolution
It may also help to recognise, that when we decide to work together as a people, we are simply taking the next natural step in our social evolution. Consider how humanity has evolved over the centuries in relation to population growth.
Humanity once lived as small scattered tribes, throughout the world. As the population numbers of these different tribes increased, they would inevitably cross paths in their search for food. Over time, local communities and civilisations began to coalesce. Eventually, these too were out-grown as the population numbers continued to grow. Local communities and civilisations evolved into Countries and Nation States.
We are now at a point where we live in a global world — which is trying to address global challenges — while still operating a competitive National Model.
This doesn’t work. It will NEVER WORK!
You cannot solve the world’s problems while each Nation State wants to put ‘its own interests first’. How many times have you heard a President, Prime Minister or Representative Leader say, “We won’t support this as it’s NOT in ‘insert country’ interests”?
The focus on ‘self-interest’ has led to many international failures — UN Security Council failures, International Climate Summit failures, Economic Trade failures, etc.
National self-interest is also often the match…which lights the fuse, that leads to war.
The ‘conflicted state of interests’ between Nation States can only be resolved through the implementation of a new GLOBAL Model which collectively and equally benefits everyone. We therefore need to take the next step in our social evolution as a people.
Humanity has a decision to make. Either it regresses backwards to the competitive, aggressive and self-centred world of nationalism, or TOGETHER — as ONE PEOPLE, we courageously move forward and work together to create a better world for all.
A new GLOBAL Model will restore the true spirit of humanity and bring out the very best in us as a people.
What can I do to help make it happen?
I’m glad you asked 🙂
Alone, no individual can implement a new GLOBAL Model. This is something that we have to choose to do as a people — TOGETHER.
We already have the building blocks to implement it. It just requires your support.
We need to ACT!
The first step is for each of us to show that we support this change; that we want to see ‘humanity work together as a people for the common good of all countries’.
To show your support, visit this website — www.newglobalmodel.com
As this idea grows in support, we’ll promote and organise events to take this message to the next level.
One last thought…
The next time (and there will definitely be a next time) you see a news broadcast or media headline which highlights a political, humanitarian or social problem somewhere in the world, ask yourself this simple question — ‘Would that problem still be happening if we were working together for the common good of all countries?’
